1、 The reason of emulsification of lubricating oil in steam turbine system.

Most of the antioxidants and antirust agents added in turbine lubricating oil have certain surface active compounds or mixtures. In the molecular structure of these substances, one end has lipophilic non-polar groups, the other end has certain surface active hydrophilic polar groups. Although they are soluble in oil but not in water, the polar groups have a certain affinity to water at a certain speed.
(3) When the turbine rotates at high speed and the oil and water are stirred to form emulsion, these hydrophilic polar groups have the opportunity to fully match with water. When the affinity is great, it will be combined with the water prison. Because the lipophilic nonpolar group can be dissolved in oil, water and oil can be combined by the action of this substance. Therefore, at this time, water can not be separated from oil, that is, emulsification. If affinity is weak, water and oil can be separated. Therefore, it is required that the additives added to the turbine lubricating oil should ensure and improve its quality, improve its anti emulsification performance, reduce or remove the components with strong hydrophilic performance in the additives, and reach or exceed the anti emulsification performance index of the turbine lubricating oil standard.
2、 Preventive measures for lubricating oil quality of steam turbine.
It is very important to ensure the design, manufacture, installation, operation and maintenance of turbine equipment and the quality of turbine lubricating oil, to prevent and eliminate the water inflow of turbine lubricating oil system, and to prevent the emulsification of turbine lubricating oil. Therefore, we should pay attention to the following aspects:
(1) To ensure the quality of product design and manufacturing. Unreasonable design and product manufacturing do not meet the design requirements, which directly leads to water inflow of turbine lubricating oil system.
(2) during the operation of the unit, the oil purification device should be regularly put into operation, and the oil and water separation and impurity filtration of the regulating and lubricating oil in the turbo generator unit oil system should be carried out in time. At the same time, during the manufacturing, installation and operation of the oil system components, it is necessary to ensure that the equipment components are clean and sealed. During the major and minor repair, it is necessary to ensure that all components of the oil system are clean. There are no impurities, water and other foreign matters in the system and pipeline. The cleanliness of the components shall meet various cleanliness standards specified by the manufacturer.
(3) The purchased turbine lubricating oil must meet the technical indexes specified in the national standard gb7596-2000, especially the demulsibility and acid value indexes, and must be guaranteed. At the same time, the turbine lubricating oil shall be sampled and inspected regularly in accordance with the provisions of L-TSA turbine lubricating oil change index SH / t0636-1996, and measures shall be taken in time in case of any problem.
(4) For emulsified turbine lubricating oil, our factory can also add demulsifier to the oil according to the situation to improve the demulsification resistance of turbine lubricating oil. The demulsifier is used to destroy the emulsified membrane on the oil-water interface, release the water and achieve the purpose of water removal.
(5) During the overhaul of the unit, the clearance between the shaft seals of the unit shall be strictly controlled to ensure the overhaul cycle of the unit. During the operation of the unit, the operators shall strengthen the adjustment of the leakage of the shaft seal according to the load conditions to prevent water from entering the oil due to the large leakage of the shaft seal.
(6) during the operation of the unit, the main oil tank should be regularly discharged, and the oil and water separation of the regulating and lubricating oil in the oil system of the turbogenerator set should be carried out in time.
