Functional Efficiency of Plate-Frame Oil Filter

The plate-and-frame oil filter manufactured by Chongqing Zhongjing Filtration Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a movable device consisting of a filter bed, an oil pump and a crude filter. Before the filter bed can be continuously operated and used, the installation position of the filter plate and the filter frame of the filter part should be checked first. Starting from the end of the thrust plate, the first plate, the second plate, the third plate and the fourth frame are the plates. In this way, the number of plates is one more than the number of frames. Plates and frames can not be reversed left and right, if reversed will not play a filtering role. The grease coated on boards, frames, thrust boards and pressing boards must be removed. At the same time, filter paper must be clamped between boards and frames before commissioning to press the boards and frames tightly.
1.Before operation, the punched filter paper is carefully clamped between each filter plate and filter frame. The number of filter paper in each layer is generally 2-3 sheets, depending on the requirements of filtration and the quality of filter paper. When the filter paper is clamped and placed, it is necessary to make the oil passage of the two oil passage holes on the filter paper and the filter plate filter frame consistent. Do not offset to cause leakage and affect the filtering effect.
2.The filter paper should be dried before use. The drying temperature is about 80 degrees.
3.When using the used filter paper, the filter paper must be dried without any damage. Attention should be paid to the side with filter residue (i.e. dirty side) which should be placed against the filter frame and not against the filter plate, so as not to wash the filter residue and pollute the filtered oil.
4.When the filter pressure is high and the breakage of the filter paper is found, the filter cloth can be lined on one side of the filter board to increase the strength of the filter paper.
5.After putting the filter paper in place, turn the handwheel to press the filter plate tightly. When pressing the filter plate, only one person is allowed, and the pressing handle can not be lengthened to press, so as to avoid damaging the machine.
6.Close the sampling nozzle. If there is a valve on the discharge line, the valve should be turned open.
7.Connect the power of the motor to make the oil filter work. The normal working pressure of the oil filter varies from 0.05 MPa to 0.3 MPa with the oil viscosity and the resistance of the discharge pipeline. The initial pressure of the filter is lower. With the increase of filtration time, the pressure of the filter residue filter paper increases gradually with the increase of water absorption. When the pressure reaches a certain level, the filter paper will be replaced (depending on the user's requirements for oil).
8.After filtering, loosen the pressure device, take out the filter paper piece by piece, clean the filter paper and the filter residue in the filter frame, replace the filter paper, re-clamp the pressure, cover the tank.
